From March 31st, 2015, Morgan Goodall Palaeo will undergo some major management changes.
After nearly 40 years of stalwart service to the oil and gas industry, Roger Morgan is stepping aside as a Director of the company to enjoy the fruits of his retirement with his family in Maitland. Jeff Goodall has also decided the time is right to embrace the exciting challenge of leading Carnarvon Petroleum’s geological team full time, as their Chief Geologist. Jeff will remain as a non-voting Director with MGPalaeo, though he will not be involved with the day-to-day running of the company or any aspect of the group’s management. However, both Jeff and Roger are enthusiastic to continue in mentoring roles and to provide technical guidance. Roger will also be available to continue with palynological analyses for the company when required.
There will be five new Directors running the company from the start of April 2015. Whilst not all as well known within the Australian petroleum industry as Roger and Jeff, our new group has over 50 years combined experience within the sector, both in Australia and overseas, and have worked under Roger and Jeff for many years. Thus MGPalaeo will continue to operate in the same manner as always and provide the highest calibre palynological and stratigraphic expertise to the Australasian oil and gas industry.
